McCOY Power Tongs are used by oilfield service companies to apply torque to make-up / break-out tubular on the rig and are also included in Offshore Rig packages. One of McCOY latest designs, the 10” 40K power tong is in response to the market need for even higher torque connections while being one of the smallest and lightest power tong available on the market today. McCOY offer other designs even smaller and lighter than the 10″ 40K.

McCoy manufacture the most common Pipe Handling Tool Dies & Inserts used throughout the world, including the full line of wraparound dies for tongs, backups, and bucking units. McCoy inserts are machined, not cast, to provide the accuracy required for today’s critical applications. McCoy dies are heat treated to provide maximum insert life. A variety of tooth patterns are available to securely grip the hardest strings of casing, tubing, and drill pipe.
